ImageList Creator has been provided for Internet Explorer and other development
environments where it is not possible (or simply not convenient) to supply
images using the stdole.StdPicture (COM) object.

This utility can be used to load an itGrid image list and export its contents
to text file using Base64 encoding (Base64 encoded text is suitable for
inclusion in HTML pages.) When exporting text to Base64, itGrid uses an
in-memory bitmap for each image. Note: transparent areas are exported as black
and the text generated may be quite large for compressed image formats such as
gif and jpeg as these files are generally much smaller than the bitmap which
they represent. The itImageList.Base64Contents property is recommended for
small non-transparent images. For further information please refer to the
itGrid Help manual.
