As part of a strategy designed to offer even better sales and customer service,
Sydney based it-partners.com have moved their sales and marketing office to the
UK. Product research and development will remain in Australia.
“We have a reputation for excellent service and customer focus. This expansion
can only help that reputation,” said it-partners.com managing director Brett
Werner. “Having our sales office based in Europe brings us closer to our
growing European and US customer base,” said Werner.
“We have had a great year. Our name has become synonymous with excellent,
flexible products. But to continue our strong growth we need to be nearer to
our customers, to provide the sales assistance and service they require,” he
added.
Another bonus of having the sales office in Europe will be to assist
it-partners.com’s growing reseller network.
“In the next twelve months we will have more than fifty global resellers
onboard. It is more realistic to service those resellers locally than try and
maintain the relationship from Australia,” Werner said.
